What types of warehouses do you have?
We offer wide-aisle and narrow-aisle warehouses, mezzanine floors for e-commerce and dangerous goods storage.

Can you handle temperature-sensitive goods?
Yes, our warehouse is always at room temperature (18–20°C) and therefore suitable for products that require a stable environment.

How much do your warehousing services cost?
We offer different types of pricing models. You can choose between fixed price, mini price or price per service.

Can you also help with repackaging goods?
If you want profiled packaging (cartons, tape, stamps, stickers with your brand or similar), we can help with this. Or if the sales conditions are not perfect from the start. Then we can repackage the products, for example from one type of pallet to another, or for them to be shipped and sold abroad. Or if special pallet dimensions are required in the store to handle normal stocking. See also text on labelling below.

Do you help with labelling?
Different types of labelling (labels, waybills, etc.) provide different types of information. This can include what the parcel contains, the geographical destination, the customer’s own barcodes, displaying the brand, etc. We help the customer to label or re-label a parcel, so that the information is interpretable and easy to handle.

Do you have any type of receiving inspection?
We can check your goods on arrival, both quantity and quality. In the check, we verify that the delivery is complete according to the delivery note, but we also identify visible deviations. These are photo-documented and reported to the customer. The incoming inspection is carried out as a random check or an overall inspection, depending on what you as a customer want.

How do complaints and returns work?
We are more than happy to help our customers with smooth and easy returns and complaints, whatever the reason for return. This service is particularly important for our e-commerce customers.

Can there be errors in sorting in the warehouse?
Efficient and reliable barcode scanning of incoming and outgoing goods saves a lot of time and reduces misinformation. The same goes for inventory. When we receive a delivery to our warehouse where the customer’s goods are not organised by item, we help sort the goods and then put them in the right storage location to ensure efficient handling in the future.

What happens if goods in the warehouse have passed their expiry date?
Sometimes our customers need to destroy products that are obsolete or past their expiry date. We can handle all of this for you – from documentation to physical destruction.
